How long does delivery take?
Most bundles are delivered within 5–30 minutes of a successful order. During network provider delays, it can occasionally take longer — you'll see the order status update in your dashboard the whole time.
What if I enter the wrong number?
Please double-check the recipient number before confirming an order. Bundles sent to an incorrect number can't be reversed once delivered, since that's how the networks process the top-up.
Do ported or business numbers work?
Ported numbers and some business/broadband SIMs can behave differently on the network side. If you're unsure, message support before ordering and we'll confirm it'll go through.
What happens if an order fails?
Failed orders are refunded to your Skietec wallet, typically within 24 hours. You can track the status of any order from your dashboard at any time.
How do I top up my wallet?
